Can't miss Bird island, find it and dive anywhere that looks good.
This was the first time I had ever dived here, after descending the anchor line I noticed the bottom was covered in large "River Pebbles", you know those round rocks you find in rivers.
Anyway, if you head away from the island out to sea it very slowly drops off onto bare sand, if you head back towards the island, you get rock ledges and kelp beds. There were a couple of small swim-throughs but nothing that exciting.
Noticed a few Nudibranchs, heaps of very small brightly coloured fish, the odd grouper, morrowong, bullseyes etc. Bit of a booring dive really.
