Hope Town is located on the Elbow Cay, in the Abaco region of Bahamas. The village owns the last operational kerosene-fuelled lighthouse on the world which was built in 1862.
There are moorings in Hope Town. It is recommended to reserve in advance. Anchoring is not allowed in the Hope Town harbour. You can only anchor at Eagle Rock and Tahiti Beach. Docking is available in Hope Town and White Sound. Fuel, water, ice and provisions can be found on the island.
